Now, let's not get overly dramatic, wrestling didn't simply stop when Vince McMahon monopolised the industry, but that control irked a fair number of fans. Suddenly, even the illusion of choice had been taken from the viewer, who had previously enjoyed being able to flip between both promotions whenever something took their fancy. Ideas had been thin on the ground for a good while, a complaint many levy against WWE nowadays. A lot of the comparisons between WWE and WCW may at first appear superficial, but there's some degree of similarity in there that simply begs to be explored. This list looks at 10 different things that World Wrestling Entertainment have failed to learn from the dying WCW brand, making the same mistakes as their predecessor did. Slowly but surely, some of these things are starting to become more prominent, which is a worrying trend.
