10 Things WWE Needs To Improve In 2018

9. Roster Balance

Speaking of the Superstar Shake-Up, did anyone else get the impression after watching this year's draft that Raw had been given much better toys to play with than its little brother?

Dean Ambrose, Bray Wyatt and The Miz (all of whom had important roles to play in the SmackDown main event scene going into WrestleMania), were traded over to Raw, and in return Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan basically just got Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. You do the maths.

The imbalance between the two rosters has been evident ever since. While Universal Champion Brock Lesnar has been faced with a never-ending queue of challengers on Monday nights, Jinder Mahal has had so few that he fought Randy Orton three times on pay-per-view before they finally found someone else to throw at him.

We get it: Raw is the flagship - but the careers of Wyatt and Miz, together with Finn Bálor, would surely have been better served in Shane O'Mac's Land of Opportunity. Instead, they've spent months playing second fiddle to Lesnar and Roman Reigns in the Land of the Giants.
