10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Sasha Banks
10. Team B.A.D Was A Terrible Starting Point
Sasha got over in NXT due to her personality, top matches with Bayley (and others) and an outspoken attitude towards women's wrestling. If ever an example of how much WWE's shift in opinion on the female graps lagged at the time was needed, just look at how the likes of Banks, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair debuted on the main roster in 2015.
Team B.A.D wasn't supposed to be literal.
Teaming Sasha with Naomi and Tamina was a mistake. Neither had the underground coolness of Banks' NXT history, and they couldn't match her affinity for heelish personality either. Anyone who watched the 'Legit Boss' on TakeOver specials or weekly NXT programming could have predicted that this nonsense would flop.
Flop it did. Banks treaded water in the group before inevitably splitting and leaving B.A.D without a centrepiece. She would've been much better off hitting the main roster solo.
