10 Times The Undertaker's Ego Ran Wild In WWE

9. The Neutered Big Thing

Everybody "felt" Brock Lesnar in 2002. He was more rocket than man; Vince McMahon took one look at his stupidly thick physique and impressive real-life credentials, and built him as a star yesterday. The Rock was all too happy to formally induct the Next Big Thing into the main event made men's club in a selfless, clean defeat at SummerSlam.

The Undertaker, however, "wasn't feeling it," if wrestling apocrypha is to be believed. Even if those words never left his mouth, the events of Unforgiven 2002 left a bad taste, at least. After a performance well below his best - even by his bloated Ruthless Aggression standards - both 'Taker and Lesnar were disqualified, a result for which the Dead Man allegedly petitioned. The melee continued after the final bell, with both men brawling up the entrance ramp. 'Taker then grabbed Lesnar by the trunks and threw him through the stage. This might read as impressive - until you remember that said stage was made of paper.

Lesnar resembled a defective ACME product more than he did a pro wrestler in what was the most pathetic attempt at a stunt ever proffered by the company.
