10 Times Vince McMahon Shook Things Up In WWE

There was a time when the boss wasn't afraid to rule with an iron fist!

Vincent Kennedy McMahon is a name as closely associated to the world of professional wrestling as absolutely anybody in the history of the industry. Sure, McMahon himself may prefer to call the business 'sports entertainment', and his wrestlers are routinely referred to as 'Superstars', but the fact remains that Vince and wrestling were made for one another. A tireless workaholic, there likely isn't one waking moment of the day when WWE's head honcho isn't twisting and turning, chewing on ideas and looking for things which could improve his company. World Wrestling Entertainment is known today as the biggest wrestling organisation on the planet, and rightfully so. It hasn't been a case of overnight success of McMahon, hard work, talent and the help of others has always been at the forefront, turning the company he acquired from his father into a global juggernaut, a brand recognised the world over. Luck does come into it, but can never be seen as the only reason for why WWE repeatedly does monster business as a touring act. It's a trait that is arguably waning now, but Vince has been able to keep his finger on the pulse time and time again, realising when things need shaking up. More crucially, there have been moments where McMahon has shown he's not afraid to make those changes in order to benefit WWE. Here are 10 of the most notable examples!
