10 Ultra-Rare Unreleased WWE Matches We’d Love To See

9. Ultimate Warrior Vs Nailz (October 26th, 1992)

In contrast to some of the spectacular workrate exhibitions hidden away in WWE's vaults espoused elsewhere on this list, the Ultimate Warrior vs Nailz scuffle from a October 1992 Madison Square Garden show would mainly carry value for the spectacle and sheer lunacy of the bout.

A fundamentally one-dimensional character outside of his feud with the Big Boss Man, Nailz was due to tangle with The Undertaker had he not acrimoniously left the company over pay issues (and a sexual harassment claim against Vince McMahon that was laughed out of court) shortly after his Survivor Series 'Nightstick Match' with the Cobb County lawman.

On similarly shaky ground with the organisation, The Ultimate Warrior was juggling his time between hammering Ric Flair in singles matches and forging ahead with Macho Man Randy Savage as part of their insane 'Ultimate Maniacs' union.

Suspended as part of the company's increasingly rigorous drug testing policy alongside Davey Boy Smith shortly before the Survivor Series, Warrior was already testing McMahon's patience after a host of creative and financial disagreements following his return earlier that year.

With Warrior mentally losing interest and Nailz one of the company's worst ever wrestlers, the brawl would be morbidly fascinating despite the in-ring limitations.
