The current landscape of Impact Wrestling is tumultuous, to say the least.

Within one single episode of their weekly show, the company managed to establish a genuine main eventer in Jake Something, officially sanctioned the TNA World Heavyweight Championship as an active title to add a sixth title to their accolades, cemented XXXL as a convincing tag team, and created new number one contenders for the Knockouts Tag Team Championships, with the X Division Championship set to follow suit next week. It's crazy.

Last night's episode was, for the most part, superb. Aside from two minor Downs, it's an episode definitely worth your time watching. The stories made sense, the action itself ranged from good to standout performances, and it left us with plenty to talk about, as mentioned in the above paragraph. If one episode can deliver in all three of these core areas, you're onto something great.

Jake Something wrestled twice with star-making outings against Deaner and Moose, six of the X Division's finest produced a quality contest, the first two matches were confirmed for Sacrifice on Saturday, 13 March, and AEW's Tony Khan and Tony Schiavone brought some of All Elite's top stars to Impact Wrestling programming. That's just summing it up.

Let's get to it...
