5. Why Are They Fighting?

When the announcers repeatedly point out how stupid something is, you’ve got to acknowledge it here.

During Raw, we were treated to an excellent match between Drew McIntyre and Kevin Owens (more on that later). However, both men are supposed to be teammates on Team Raw at Survivor Series in six days. So why were they facing each other? There was no widely stated rivalry between the two, so there was no pressing reason for them to be fighting.

And then later, Natalya and Asuka battled despite being teammates for the Raw women’s team. Why?

We might not have GMs on each show, but if Survivor Series is all about “brand supremacy,” shouldn’t someone have stepped in to stop this match so both men don’t theoretically hurt themselves before they have to team up?

The announcers made this point numerous times, to no avail. And that’s just ridiculously sad.
