How to improve WWE's floundering stars...

Despite having to be amongst the top wrestlers in the world to make it to the WWE, not everyone who gets there ends up becoming the next Hulk Hogan or Steve Austin. The reality is that some barely manage to stay afloat in the most competitive wrestling promotion on the planet - who are obviously better than they appear on television but who just haven't managed to make it click yet.

Be it a lack of opportunity, some dodgy booking or just downright bad luck, a great deal of talent is wasted in the WWE and it really doesn't have to be that way.

Some wrestlers may need a complete overhaul of their persona, but others just require a subtle tweak or change of scenery to help them get back on track, not necessarily to the main event of WrestleMania, but just so they aren't in complete and utter purgatory.

Here are 10 ways WWE can improve some of their floundering superstars.

10. Make Neville A Proper Cruiserweight

How ludicrous is it that this wasn't happened yet?

Neville was one of many who were unfortunate enough to miss out on WrestleMania 32 due to injury, and the sheer number of returns over the next few months meant that he returned to little fanfare. Since then he's been absent for a lot of WWE programming, without a title shot or meaningful feud to his name as everyone questions whether the company know what to do with him.

Equally, the much-hyped Raw Cruiserweight division has fallen relatively flat since its inception, and while all of their competitors are talented there's a lack of star power and developed characters to keep it relevant.

So why not kill two birds with one stone: fixing the division's need for stars and Neville's need for relevance? Introducing him to the division is such an obvious move and let's be honest, it will almost certainly happen in the near future.
