10. Lance Storm
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YdK3999dI4Q Lance Storm was, and still is, an incredibly gifted athlete and an extremely proficient technical worker. His dry delivery and straight-laced attitude can and has been used effectively in ECW, WCW, and even as an Un-American in WWE. However, in 2003, WWE decided that they needed to force Storm into showing some forced charisma even if it was completely against every fiber of his being. First, Stone Cold Steve Austin started calling him boring during his matches. Then, Storm turned to Goldust for help. In the end, Storm finally let loose and embraced his hidden party animal side by breaking out some terrible dance moves including doing the worst Cabbage Patch you'll ever see.
And while saddling Storm with "Party Animal" theme music and making him dance like a fool might have seemed like a funny idea to do to a guy like Storm, it was obvious that you just can't force charisma.
