Still a year shy of his 30th birthday, Marty Scurll has already led a glittering wrestling career that has seen him perform for PWG, ROH, NJPW and, briefly, TNA (as well as a host of promotions in his native United Kingdom).

The only thing missing, really, is a stint under the bright lights of WWE, but having seen his profile grow over the last twelve months - owing mainly to a highly successful run as ROH Television Champion - that may not be too far off.

A natural in front of live audiences, Scurll has spent much of his time on the global wrestling ranks perfecting his dastardly "Villain" character, and seems cut from that rare breed of independent wrestler who would require very little fine-tuning were he to make the jump to WWE.
