10 Wrestlers Who Have Gone As Far As They Will Go In WWE

9. Chad Gable

Pictured: Chad Gable acting out his natural role in WWE; carrying a much larger man on his back.

This entry is a particular shame, for Chad Gable has not nor will not receive the chance to taste relevance, no matter how briefly, like so many of his peers who immediately peaked on the main roster.

Chad Gable is a fantastic athlete blessed with herculean strength for a man of his limited proportions.

Chad Gable is a genuinely amiable fella impossible (for the fans) not to like.

Chad Gable is one of few WWE performers capable of really selling the struggle of a pro wrestling contest, using things like holds and strategy bespoke to his particular opponent.

Chad Gable is everything Vince McMahon refuses to see in a pro wrestler because he is a pro wrestler, and not a particularly marketable sports entertainer. He's also short, d*mnit!

To bring into depressing focus Gable's plight, he was probably better off in the dreaded tag team division than as a singles act on RAW, in which he intermittently plays the role of Jinder Mahal's personal radiator.
