The idea of even attempting a missile dropkick from one corner of the ring to the other - without a running start, no less - would cause even the most athletic and agile performers to go hoarse from scoffing.

And yet somehow, Shane McMahon, a man who was barely trained as a professional wrestler, was able to deliver the move multiple times without even once breaking his own spine and/or head.

He wasn't the first though. Long before Shane-O-Mac was dazzling the world with his abnormal level of kamikaze spirit at WrestleMania X-Seven, Rob Van Dam (aka The Whole F'N Show) was darting through the air and shoving his feet into the faces of his ECW brethren. Usually with a steel chair for extra cushioning.

According to RVD, it was actually Paul Heyman who suggested Shane try borrowing the Van Terminator. Shane McMahon, never one to back down from doing something that would thrill audiences while possibly ending very badly for him, took to it like a champ.

Who Did It Better? It's hard to argue against how impressive the Coast to Coast looks coming from a non-athlete - and Shane should be given all the credit in the world for being able to pull it off - but RVD gets a little more height with his, making it even more jaw-dropping.

That, along with the number of times Van Dam has performed the move to perfection, gives him the top spot.
