10 WWE NXT Main Roster Call-Ups That Must Happen In 2018
10. Billie Kay & Peyton Royce
Neither Billie Kay nor Peyton Royce is the finished article. Aged 28 and 25 respectively, they're still several years from peaking, and while the latter has improved considerably throughout 2017, both have noticeable flaws between the ropes. Regardless, their act has been main roster-ready for months, and their characters are now as refined as they'll get in the Performance Center.
The Iconic Duo are a nuisance, a pest, an annoyance. It doesn't matter that neither is elite in the ring, because they're an entertainment-first act. Thus, they'd be a great fit on the main roster, as they're already more effective at making audiences dislike them than any of the milquetoast heels found within Raw and SmackDown's women's divisions.
On top of this, NXT is starting to get a little crowded. Ember Moon and Kairi Sane are stars. Nikki Cross is on the cusp. Shayna Baszler is about to debut, Bianca Belair looked like an incredible prospect in the Mae Young Classic, and the likes of Taynara Conti and Lacey Evans will soon demand increased TV appearances. Kay and Royce would only be stalling these wrestlers' progress by sticking around.
