9. Why Did Eric Bischoff And Stephanie McMahon Kiss?
In late 2002, respective Raw and SmackDown general managers Eric Bischoff and Stephanie McMahon were embroiled in a bitter brand war, competing to sign WWE's best free agents and one-up each other in the weekly TV ratings (for which Bischoff naturally enlisted the help of some "lesbians" and Rico's 3-Minute Warning).
It wasn't exactly the Monday Night Wars, but it was entertaining enough. That is, until it got really weird on Halloween, when Eric Bischoff for some reason donned a Vince McMahon mask and forced himself onto the chairman's daughter with a kiss, who began reciprocating his advances after an initial, err, struggle.
Since the incident was never brought up again, we never really found out exactly why it happened, and more importantly what end the segment was supposed to serve.
