10 WWE Superstars Who Will Leave In 2018

WWE can book him as a monster all they want in 2017, but Kane is in the same boat as Big Show. Don't forget the 'please retire' chants that plagued both men several years ago. No amount of surprise returns can mask a willingness for WWE to move on in the long run. Once Kane puts over Braun Strowman, expect him to retreat once more.

This time, it could be for good. Outside of wrestling, Glenn Jacobs is campaigning to become Mayor of Knox County, Tennessee. If successful, the time he could spend playing wrestler would be reduced greatly. It'd be impossible for Jacobs to govern Knoxville and pull on the mask to tour the world with WWE.

Even if his campaign is unsuccessful, WWE should think about letting Kane step away. Nobody wants to see him go on a losing run to everybody and anybody before hanging up the tights anyway, so it'd be for the best. This recent run has rekindled the character's glory days a little better than recent others, and that's how we want to remember Kane.
