12 OTHER Major WWE Title Changes Outside North America

12. Rated-RKO Win Tag Titles - Manchester, England (2006)

Talk about a duo that in reflection should have been a bigger deal. Edge and Randy Orton were two major stars in the mid-2000s, both former world champions in the primes of their careers. Pairing them up should have led to multiple tag title reigns and maybe even a two-man power trip for their era.

Instead, we only got one title reign out of Rated-RKO, a World Tag Team Championship reign in 2006 that came at the expense of Ric Flair and Rowdy Roddy Piper. Edge and Orton won their lone tag title in Manchester on an episode of Raw, taking out Piper on the way to the ring and then defeating Flair in a handicap match.

Their reign lasted a little more than two months, losing to John Cena and Shawn Michaels. Three months after that, the duo would disband due to the brand split.
