12 Wrestlers Who Will Eventually End Up In All Elite Wrestling

11. Ivelisse

It's been an exciting last few years for women's wrestling across the industry, but the movement has seemingly passed independent wrestling standout Ivelisse by, mostly due to how she has essentially been kept prisoner by Lucha Underground and their wonky seven-season contracts.

The promotion finished taping for its fourth season in March 2018, yet Ivelisse hasn't been allowed to compete in mainstream promotions since. A fifth season wasn't and likely will never be announced, so it was ridiculous for them to limit where she was wrestling if there were no plans in place for the show to be brought back.

Thankfully, Ivelisse recently received her release from Lucha Underground and is officially a free agent once again. She took part in a WWE tryout at the Performance Center soon after, but with so many women already under contract to NXT who aren't doing anything (Chelsea Green and Deonna Purrazzo, anyone?), Ivelisse would be better off signing with All Elite Wrestling.

Britt Baker and Kylie Rae are great gets, but AEW needs to strengthen its women's division, and hiring Ivelisse would be a step in the right direction. Not only can she hang with the best of them (male or female), she brings a certain intensity to the table that no other woman in wrestling has right now.
