12 WTF Moments From WWE Raw (March 13)

Roman Reigns is the lovechild of Lex Luger & Diesel...

You know WWE are firmly on the 'Road To WrestleMania' when Shawn Michaels shows up, loses his smile and cuts a lengthy in-ring promo.

Alright, so that was a less-than-subtle dig at Shawn's antics shortly before 'Mania 13 back in 1997 (Bret may have forgiven you for Montreal, but he will never forgive you for that lost smile, Michaels); regardless of such text-based hijinks, only a fool would dismiss any HBK appearance on Raw as pointless.

Still, it was remarkable to see 'Mr. WrestleMania' standing beside a mean-looking Roman Reigns, only to realise that hey, Reigns actually flopped worse as a top babyface than the rump-shaking Michaels did back in 1996!

The zingers keep on coming, don't they? We know, we know, Michaels is (now) a saint.

Speaking of forgiveness, anyone tuning into this episode of Raw would have been forgiven for thinking they had the wrong show. Instead of steamrolling towards WrestleMania 33, it's fair to say that WWE are meandering vaguely in the direction of Orlando.

Never mind, at least they have a babyface Dana Brooke and the best winning streak since Sid's epic WCW run to cling onto...

12. Brock Reigns? Roman Lesnar?

That bastion of good fashion sense, Corey Graves, was right out of the traps with some utter nonsense on this week's episode.

Drawing attention to the mix of cheers and boos that Brock Lesnar received on his way to the ring, the well-meaning announcer made Lesnar sound like Roman Reigns of all people, and that won't please big Brocky boy.

Graves, it's a bit counter productive to try and turn Lesnar into Reigns...
