Nick Nemeth debuted in WWE under his own name in 2005, with gimmick of Chavo Guerrero’s caddy during Chavo’s tasteless run as Kerwin White. As Nicky of the Spirit Squad, he interfered in the Michaels-McMahon match at the following year’s Wrestlemania 22, but by the time Wrestlemania 23 came around, he had already been demoted back to developmental.

Without acknowledging his caddy and cheerleader gimmicks, Nemeth re-emerged in 2008 as Dolph Ziggler, the guy who liked to introduce himself to people backstage, but was not booked at the next two Manias.

In 2011, Ziggler finally made it to Wrestlemania as part of a six-person tag match, losing to John Morrison, Trish Stratus, and Snooki without even tagging in. Unfortunately, like Goldust, Ziggler still hasn’t won one on the big stage.
