17 WTF Moments From WWE SmackDown (12 Nov)

Featuring...us!?

As far as SmackDowns go, this one was pretty unique. It had an English crowd, the return of a largely forgotten midcarder, and a major upset. However, I'm not going to pretend that any of this got us more excited than a certain moment during Undertaker's partially-aired dark segment; the moment when one heroic fan raised a WhatCulture sign in full view of the hard camera. Hopefully my obvious bias towards that monumental event (and we'll get to it in a short while) doesn't dilute the importance of every other 'WTF'-tasted moment from this week. Elsewhere on the show, we had several matches from the ongoing WWE Title Tournament, a few nuggets of great heelwork from Wade Barrett, and a lot of Wyatt Family posturing. Get your binoculars out - we'll be following a lot of buzzards this week.

17. "Time For My Close-Up"

The show opened with a typically menacing Wyatt family promo. Each member spoke in turn, and the best promo was obviously delivered by Bray, but Strowman comfortably won in terms of creepiness. Slowly removing his mask and glaring directly into the hard camera, he instructed the crowd to "look at my face" - to which they unanimously cried "noooo!"
