Groans from hardcore fans around the globe were almost audible when Paige inserted Big Cass into the picture and changed SmackDown's much-anticipated Daniel Bryan vs. Samoa Joe match into a Triple Threat. Aside from altering the dynamic of the match and imposing on a scenario people had waited years to see though, the inclusion of Cass didn't change too much.

In fact, he actually did pretty well with his spots and the move (whilst unpopular) made sense in storyline; that's what separates Paige from her counterpart over on Raw. In terms of being a General Manager, the Brit does what Kurt Angle doesn't, and that's not strictly Angle's fault.

Elsewhere on this week's SmackDown, Corey Graves decided to send a subtle barb the way of Booker T, WWE apparently forget all about WrestleMania 34's biggest debut, there was a pancake thief in the house and Samoa Joe literally came to Daniel Bryan's rescue.

Also, it's easy to take how much time wrestlers spend on camera for granted when watching from home. It's a different story for the people in attendance. One on-screen promo isn't quite "Phenomenal" enough...
