20 Times The Undertaker Went Hardcore

His yard, his rules.

In the recent past, The Undertaker has become a rare attraction, only turning up for a single, marquee events per year (and even that is increasingly in doubt). This is a positive in some ways; the rarity of his appearances gives his character some additional mystique. Furthermore, the man who plays The Undertaker, Mark Calaway, is 50 years old; he€™s sharing the locker room with competitors who are young enough to be his sons. No 50-year-olds, unless they really, really need the money (see Ric Flair) should be working a full-time schedule. But the main reason why Taker wrestles so rarely these days is because the man has taken a beating over the years. And not just from fists, boots, and headbutts (although those hurt as well). The Undertaker has been burned, hit with steel chairs, thrown off ladders, and put through tables. Those painful spots tally up; that he is still able to compete at all is a testament to his legendary physical and mental toughness. Here are 20 Times The Undertaker Went Hardcore. It€™s a wince-worthy collection of brutal moments, where either the Undertaker got injured, or the Undertaker injured someone else. His yard, his rules.
