18. Curt Hawkins

Poor Curt Hawkins. No wrestler in the history of WWE has ever gotten over with a losing streak gimmick, and that is all the former Edgehead has at this point. It is even more distressing when your losing streak begins to get acknowledged on television, only for that to be dropped as well.

Curt Hawkins’ plight since moving to RAW is made even more apparent by the success of the man who went in the other direction. When Hawkins moved to RAW, the jobber who made the move to the blue brand was none other than the 'Modern Day Maharaja' himself, Jinder Mahal. Within a month of jumping to Tuesday nights, Jinder was WWE Champion. Curt Hawkins is still yet to win a match.

Every wrestling promotion needs enhancement talent, and that is exactly the role that Curt Hawkins currently plays. The problem is that it is difficult to see who he has enhanced during his six months on RAW. Curt is yet to win a match on RAW - he’s yet to even come close.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
