TNA heads to Manchester, England for this week's episode of Impact, as Matt Hardy again hopes to secure his heel foothold on the company as TNA World Heavyweight Champion, and EC3's status as the face underdog is further built up (albeit with a mixed level of conviction). So, what really worked this week? Well, Someone was smart enough to give Tyrus plenty of mic time, we saw the return of a classic Beer Money mainstay (hopefully forever more), and the main event between Kurt Angle and Drew Galloway was easily the best match in recent TNA memory bar none. As weird and wonderful as ever, if still not really hitting the consistent stride it should be in terms of actual quality, here are 22 WTF moments from this week's TNA Impact Wrestling...
22. Tyrus References Winston Churchill...Riding On A Unicorn
As Matt Hardy, Reby, Tyrus and, of course, Maxel, head to the ring for the show's opening promo, Tyrus taunts the crowd. He says, "Y'all wanna see EC3? Y'all want EC3? You got a better chance of Winston Churchill's fat a** riding in on a unicorn than him showing up tonight. Bet that." Well, Tyrus certainly has a unique way with conjuring up vivid imagery: you have to give him that. Plus, it was the most memorable part of an otherwise fairly forgettable Heel Hardy promo.
