With the Royal Rumble on the horizon, it still feels like WWE is waking up for the new year, but big things are coming and it won't be long until we're back in full PPV season.
For now, it's all about the rising swell before the wave and looking ahead to the even bigger prestige events of the year. So there's already talk of John Cena versus The Undertaker at WrestleMania 34, more talk of Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar throwing down on the same card and the likely induction of Goldberg into the Hall Of Fame.
On top of that, Ronda Rousey's deal could be moving closer, but WWE might lose a fan favourite in Paige, if the rumours of the severity of her injury are to be believed. Conversely, Neville might not be going anywhere soon as his paymasters allegedly refuse to release him, but we might get to see more Broken characters soon.
And through it all, the superstars took to social media to advance their personal brands, show off their workouts and generally goof around a bit.
