Yet more Broken hints...

Imagine a world where Great Balls Of Fire - by far the most comically named PPV of recent memory, with a logo that looked distinctly like genitals and which would surely feature predictable squashes - actually proved to be a strong addition to the year's pay events calendar so far. If it wasn't called bloody Great Balls Of Fire (for absolutely no reason, given the absolute lack of gimmick commitment), it might have went over even better.

Fundamentally, the PPV did the business in setting up the rest of the summer, which is an excellent way to set the land with the important business of WWE's annual bikini photo shoots just around the corner. Can't wait for Roman Reigns' gallery.

The rest of the news this week focused on upcoming PPVs, with suggestions that Summerslam's main event will be Fatal 4-Way, that Roman Reigns and John Cena will headline WrestleMania 34 and that Finn Balor and Bray Wyatt might also face off at Summerslam. Whatever gives the demon something to do, right?

Elsewhere, there was more talk of Broken Hardys, Talking Smack was rethought and hints at Kurt Angle's big secret. But that all pales into insignificance next to what the superstars did on social media this week, obviously.

A great behind-the-scenes shot here courtesy of Mike Bennett, who was watching the Mae Young classic at Full Sail. Cometh the occasion, cometh the man.
