25 Most Revealing WWE Instagram Posts Of The Week (June 11th)

So that was the week when the definition of "Extreme" was completely reworked for Extreme Rules, when Samoa Joe and Brock Lesnar made a date for Great Balls Of Fire and when all eyes started to turn towards MITB. Aside from a few hints of a certain Broken gimmick and Joe's big shot to get squashed, it doesn't really feel like a world-changing post-PPV week.

But then when there's this many PPVs, it's hard for some of them not to seem like they don't matter.

Aside from the Extreme Rules, there's news of a coming angle between Triple H and Kurt Angle, the inevitable suggestion that Roman Reigns will eventually take the Universal belt off Brock Lesnar (OBVIOUSLY) and Baron Corbin has been installed as MITB favourite. Elsewhere, there's a hint that John Cena might return to de-belt Jinder Mahal and Raw continued to struggle in the ratings. No real surprise there.

And through it all, the superstars took to social media to share their philosophical musings, their gym selfies and bikini shots and their harrowing dislocated fingers.
