Extreme hangovers, big returns and posers.

First Shane came back and everything started getting a little bit more adult than PG, and now there's a brand split and bloody stains in the squared circle after Extreme Rules. When did we all get into a time machine?

This week, the really big news was obviously the announcement of WhatCulture's own wrestling promotion (WCPW), but there's nothing on Instagram for that yet, so we'll have to make do with WWE instead. They announced their own brand split, with Shane and Stephanie locked in a ratings battle only Raw can possibly win, with the draft coming July 11th. Let the speculation commence.

Elsewhere, Seth Rollins made his grand return, and there was news of AJ Styles' planned push, the returns of Enzo Amore and Sasha Banks and whispers that Florida might host WrestleMania 34. All good news, which somewhat offset Cody Rhodes' decision to leave before we got a chance to see more of him as plain old Cody in the ring.

Through it all, the current and former stars of WWE took to social media to show off their muscles, take pictures of their food and make everyone feel bad about their own lives. They're a lot like you and me, really.

25. Well... Ouch

Well they did promise us Extreme.

Jericho counts the costs of playing with Dean Ambrose and the sharp end of some thumb tacks, which might not be big, but they sure do make a mess. Note the look of legitimate discomfort on his face - probably something to do with the tacks in his FUNNY BONE. Yelp.
