It's been a big week for WWE - and NXT in particular. With ratings in the Wednesday Night Wars finally swinging - quite emphatically - in the yellow and black brand's favour (thanks to some ingenious booking that took advantage of other brands entirely), War Games landed this weekend with an equally impressive splash.
It's a good time to be associated with "developmental" and it's setting up Survivor Series nicely, which Vince McMahon will enjoy so much he might not even sabotage it with last minute booking changes. Maybe.
On top of that, Jordan Myles was released, somewhat inevitably, Oney Lorcan continued to make a nuisance of himself and Hulk Hogan said he wants another match with Vince McMahon. Guess which one will get the most preferential treatment out of all of them...
Meanwhile, Kevin Owens turned up as part of Team Ciampa, Sheamus' return was rumoured to be imminent and Steve Austin's been teasing a return as well. McMahon must be delighted. And through it all the superstars took to social media to show off in that way they do.
