6. Tag Division On Display

Six different Raw tag teams got some camera time Monday night, with a member of a seventh duo (Breezango) showing up while his partner is on the shelf.

Champs the B-Team defeated the Ascension without much trouble, while the Authors of Pain toppled Titus Worldwide like they were no-name jobbers. Former champs the Deleters of Worlds invoked their rematch clause, while The Revival watched the current champs wrestle from backstage.

That, combined with Heath Slater & Rhyno, is your entire Raw tag team division. That was a pretty sad realization. AOP and the Deleters would be at the top of that food chain, though Revival got a shot in the arm with their matches against Roman Reigns and Bobby Lashley. Still, that’s quite an unimpressive field right now.

This doesn’t mean that it’s dire forever, but we’re not exactly in a golden age of tag team wrestling on Raw right now. There are some pieces there, but it’s not there yet.
