4. 'Dad Jokes'

The balls on this video - in which various WWE Superstars crack 'Dad jokes' as part of an initiative to support fatherhood or whatever they pretend to care about this week - are really something.

Mike Kanellis delivers the punchline to 'Why'd the vampire cross the ropes?' - to get to WrestleVania - wearing a thumbs-up, yes-that-was-awful expression as if he wouldn't be ecstatic to crack it on whichever brand he was drafted to, it doesn't matter, he's not on it.

"Who wrote these jokes?" Goldust asked. Somebody more talented than the collected Creative Writing staff. That's not even a joke. It is the sad truth of the matter. 'What is black and white and as blind as a bat? A WWE referee!' is, at the very least, accurate, and Creative Writers make even bigger mockeries of the officials than the punchline.

AJ Styles, who seemed to genuinely love the whole experience, probably confused this intentionally lame comedy for an unintentionally funny SmackDown script, and who can blame him? The guy is used to referring to Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn as "Kami". At least these Dad jokes possess a punchline able to pop a demographic that revels in embarrassing their children. WWE embarrassed its own children by making them climb ladders and squabble on RAW, and nobody popped at that. The only pop that could be heard was the integrity of everybody in the segment imploding

WWE built this sh*tty on lame promos.
