No motion was wasted whatsoever. You can't teach the sort of facial expressions Ronda wore to actually portray Nia Jax fearsome as an opponent, as opposed to fearsome as a green in-ring performer still unable to safely land her Samoan Drop finisher.
As Jax drove Rousey into the corner and subjected her to a barrage of shoulders, Ronda looked in agony. Imperceptibly, as Nia grabbed her hair, Ronda's lips snarled in fury.
