11. The Never-Ending Beatdown

We’ll give some kudos for this later, but can we just note that the entire segment between Kofi Kingston, Dolph Ziggler and Xavier Woods lasted nearly 20 minutes. And that’s after a 15-minute opening segment featuring Kofi, Seth Rollins, Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman.

Seriously, 20 minutes. Dolph jumped Kofi, Xavier ran him off. Come back from commercial, Ziggler attacks Woods, and they brawl for the entire segment, until Kingston saves. Come back from commercial, and Dolph walks back out to deliver a promo. Finally, we got away from that angle.

That’s a hell of a lot of time on Raw to dedicate to a SmackDown title match, especially one that seemed to last forever.
