5 WWE Superstars Who Desperately Need A Face Turn
Who wants to boo The Boss?
Now that WWE is on our television (or computer) screens for approximately every hour of every day of the week, the chances of performers becoming 'stale' in the eyes of the audience has increased tenfold. With three hours of RAW, two hours of SmackDown, one hour of NXT, one of Main Event, monthly special events, countless reality shows on the network and a whole lot more, it would be difficult for any character to maintain a freshness with this amount of (over)exposure. At its heart, wrestling is the story of good against evil, good guys and gals taking on bad guys and gals. Most performers throughout their career will veer from the good to the bad side. Some do this every 15 minutes or so, like Big Show, others only once or twice. It is one of the easiest ways to freshen up a character, with many finding renewed purpose with their new alignment. More often than not, this change sees an individual move from the good side to the bad side, as notoriously fickle crowds turn against those they initially got behind, such as what happened initially with The New Day. Every now and then, though, a change to the good side is also inevitable thanks to a star's popularity, such as what is inevitably going to happen with The New Day... New Day aside, here are five performers whose careers could really be kickstarted by turning from a villain to a blue-eye.
