The go home RAW for Extreme Rules... proceedings - if it was even possible due to the upturn in the fortunes of Monday nights since WrestleMania - would surely be ramped up, and then some.

Obviously, the night would surround Sunday's main event that sees AJ Styles take on Roman Reigns with the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line. How would The Club and the newly named Bloodline get on during the course of the evening? And how long would the inevitable standoff between The Big Dog and The Phenomenal One last for?

My guess is 43 seconds before the show goes off the air.

The rivalries between Cesaro, Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens, and The Miz, plus Charlotte vs. Natalya are certainly... eventful to say the least.

The New Day vs. Vaudevillians, Kalsito vs. Rusev, and Baron Corbin vs. Dolph Ziggler - the other matches on Extreme Rules' card - have simply failed to capture the imagination and should take reduced roles as the build to Sunday's event rolls on.

As ever, there were those moments that had me popping with WTFery, here's 51 of them...

In the build up to the show, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson vs. The Usos with Roman Reigns and AJ Styles in their respective corners was announced.

AGAIN?!?!

I mean, with this period being heralded a new era by WWE, I suppose we're safe in assuming that this will be the era of repetitiveness.

You know, because we're getting the same group of matches time and time again... again and again and again.

Apparently change is not good in this new era...
