6 Reasons Dean Ambrose Could Become The New CM Punk

Dean Ambrose is picking up where Punk left off.

Ever since CM Punk took his ball and went home, the WWE Universe has been left without a must-see babyface to cheer. Yes, superstars the likes of John Cena and Roman Reigns do fill a certain void, but the undeniable charisma that Punk always managed to exude is sorely lacking in both of those men. Enter Dean Ambrose. Ever since Seth Rollin€™s betrayal of his Shield brethren, a battle for which member of the former faction would attain the greatest success has ensued. And while Rollins currently holds the Money in the Bank briefcase, and is in the best possible position that a superstar can possibly be in with regards to the world title picture, he has fallen short of singles gold glory thus far. And then there is Reigns, who appeared primed for a run at the top of the proverbial mountain before being forced to take some time away from the ring to deal with health issues. While he certainly has the killer instinct that it takes to be a champion, his plans have been derailed for the foreseeable future So it is ultimately Ambrose that has captured a vast majority of the attention from wrestling fans around the world. And in the same vein as Punk, €œthe Lunatic Fringe€ has a number of intangibles that few possess and even fewer are able to successfully implement. Here we look at 5 reasons why Ambrose is the new Punk.
