Kevin Owens gave Vince McMahon quite the kicking on SmackDown after the boss man announced KO would meet his son Shane inside Hell In A Cell. Talk a about great set up for a marquee match - this was way more effective than any number of Daniel Bryan promos or Shane McMahon suspensions could ever hope to be.
It didn't hurt that Owens was on top form as he viciously attacked the WWE patriarch. The question is: what's next for KO post-Hell In A Cell? If WWE are smart, it'll be Triple H. That's a huge match waiting in reserve, and it'd give Owens a top feud heading into the biggest show of the year. Not only that, but it'd also allow for some NXT reflection.
Owens vs. Triple H is win-win heading into WrestleMania 34. After Shane tries (and hopefully fails) to defend his dad's honour in October, the next logical step would see 'The Game' coming back to take the fight up for his father-in-law.
'Prizefighter' vs. 'The Game' is best for business...
