Slammiversary is now just two weeks away, scheduled for 7 July in Dallas, Texas. At the time of writing, the card for that event is looking exceptional, with more than one possible match of the night contender out of just five officially announced bouts.

After everything that went down on this week's Impact, that pay-per-view can't come soon enough. It's a crazy time to be an Impact fan right now with several great characters being heavily featured. Take the Knockouts scene for example - you've got Taya Valkyrie putting her title up against Rosemary, Su Yung, and Jessicka Havok, while the likes of Jordynne Grace, Tessa Blanchard, and Kiera Hogan are off involved in other stories.

Elsewhere, Moose battled Tommy Dreamer in a match that exceeded expectations, Ace Austin issued a challenge that brought a former X Division Champion back to the company, Brian Cage appeared for the first time since he captured the World Championship almost two months ago, and The Sandman's still around because he's got nothing better do by the looks of things.

Apart from a few minor hitches along the way, this was a highly enjoyable two hours to sit through, something that seems to be the case more regularly nowadays. Let's get to it...
