6 Ups & 5 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Nov 27)

Downs...

5. The Eater Of Enthusiasm

Bray Wyatt

WWE's worst modern character, Bray Wyatt, made his televised return on 13 November following a virus-induced absence, wrestling the equally tedious Jason Jordan in a random midcard bout. Wyatt spared us the pain of making us sit through one of his godawful promos that week, but we weren't so lucky last night, as 'The Eater Of Worlds' grabbed a microphone and addressed the crowd prior to tussling with Matt Hardy.

It was bad. Really bad.

Bray dipped into cliched teen drama bulls***, running through his troubled childhood, then chastising the crowd for getting into the Christmas spirit. He then drifted towards more familiar territory, claiming his eyes were open, but the fans' were closed, that their suffering brings him joy, and they're all dead. You know, the usual nonsense.

Once again, Wyatt accomplished the miraculous skill of spitting out a couple of hundred words but somehow saying nothing at all. It's pretty much his only real 'talent' at his point.
