Whoever wrote this script this way deserves to be smacked.

Asuka came out and dominated in her victory over Alicia Fox, staving off a boot and Northern Lights suplex to dispatch with the veteran. It was another powerful victory for a dominant, accomplished wrestler.

So naturally, Michael Cole talked about how strong and powerful WWE women were, and immediately pivoted to an in-show promotion for Total Divas.

No, seriously. We were “treated” to a clip the Miz and Maryse at a restaurant with Miz bargaining to get Maryse to eat meat.

Just a dumb decision of how to lay out the show… not to mention the frustration with the fact that Total Divas continues to exist.
