9. Where’s This Going?

Sorry, but as of right now, we’re not feeling the Kevin Owens promos.

It’s strange to watch KO bowling or going to the movies with his kid, saying he’s hungry to fight and then scarfing down popcorn. Maybe if his promo had some bite to them, but Owens – one of the most accomplished talkers in WWE – just sounded like a dad out for the day with the family, not a wrestler looking to get back into action.

It’s very possible that it could all be a ruse or lead to something far more interesting, but we’ve been down this road so often with WWE that it’s hard to give the benefit of the doubt. You’ve got to take what’s in front of you and evaluate it the best you can.

And for now, we’re going to have to mark this as a “down.”
