6 Ups And 9 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (March 21st)
Don't care about Undertaker/Shane McMahon yet? Here's another stipulation to make you care!
That thud you just heard was the WWE writing staff hitting rock bottom at looking for ways to make the Undertaker/Shane McMahon feud interesting. That second noise was Vince McMahon yelling that he can fix any problem by just throwing more stipulations and video packages out there. As the saying goes: If you cant dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bulls**t.
Not everything that is being built up for WrestleMania XXXII is a pile of hot garbage. Brock Lesnar versus Dean Ambrose promises to be an entertaining brawl that could be a favorite for the night. Chris Jericho and AJ Styles could have yet another really good bout, although it would be nice if they added a small stipulation like 2-out-of-3 falls to it. The Divas Championship triple threat could be a match of the night contender if it gets 15-plus minutes to really shine.
But beyond that, were looking at a WWE World Heavyweight Championship match that features a babyface challenger who is being regularly booed; yet another multi-man Intercontinental Championship ladder match because it was too hard for the writers to follow a logical storyline; and a United States Championship title match that matters so much it wasnt even mentioned Monday night.
Throw in more McMahon segments and other foolishness and you have a WrestleMania that might be bigger than XXVII, but might be more underwhelming in the long run.
So what shared the Brotherly Love in Philly and what faced the wrath of the boo-birds? Lets get to it
