7 Problems Vince McMahon Won't Admit About WWE

Out of touch, out of his mind.

For many fans of the WWE, disgruntlement is a default emotion these days. With the promotion treading stagnant water for what seems like an age now, anger and discontent among its fan-base often rises to fever pitch. "Something has to change" we cry, certain that if enough noise is made, something will eventually give. It never does. The answer is simple: Vince McMahon is a legendarily stubborn man. He is an owner who will often make maddening decisions just to remind everybody who the boss is, all while steadfastly refusing to accept that he is ever at fault for the WWE's failure to capitalise on its potential. With Triple H gradually gaining purchase over the workings of the company, some changes admittedly appear to be in motion. The NXT roster looks stronger and more wisely-scouted than ever, while last year's WrestleMania united both casual fans and the internet hardcore by booking an outcome which satisfied everyone. The previous year, however, has brought pessimism firmly back to the fore. With Daniel Bryan's title reign poorly-booked (and unfortunately aborted due to injury before it had time to get back on track), the shocking details of CM Punk's separation revealed, a part-time WWE Champion, and a handpicked future star shoved down everybody's throats, things are suddenly looking bleak once more. Here's a (fairly depressing) rundown of the most repressed major flaws with in the company, faults which are plain for most fans to see, yet which the promotion's top brass seem uninterested in fixing with any great urgency.
