7 Ups & 5 Downs From This Week's Impact Wrestling (Jul 26)

On the night Rhino officially returned to Impact Wrestling, a new X Division Champion was crowned.

Just one week before the Unbreakable special, Impact Wrestling produced quite an enjoyable episode. No matter your thoughts and opinions on the current era of the company, you can't take anything away from them here.

Unquestionably, the biggest story from the two hours came when Rhino made his return as the show came to close. This moment had been spoiled by Impact's own social media pages beforehand, which took something away from it slightly for those watching at home. Nevertheless, his impending match with Michael Elgin (assuming that's where this is leading), should be an entertaining bout.

Elsewhere on the show, we had Rich Swann defending his prized possession known as the X Division Championship against Jake Crist, Unbreakable opponents Sami Callihan and Tessa Blanchard coming to blows despite winning last week's MashUp Tournament as a cohesive unit, Moose sending a message to Impact management at the expense of enhancement talent Ray Steele, and some excellent contests in both the knockouts and X divisions.

Even the bad moments from this week's edition weren't the worst thing we've ever seen. Here's hoping Impact can keep this sort of product going as we head towards October's Bound For Glory pay-per-view. Let's get to it...
