7 WWE Fastlane Results Predictions

Will it be Reigns or Bryan going to WrestleMania's main event? Find out here.

The debut show for WWE's Fastlane is this weekend in Memphis, Tennessee. Let's be honest here, this is a pretty weak substitute for the traditional February Elimination Chamber. The "Fastlane" name and brand identity is the best that WWE creative could muster? There's a random connection to fast cars and it plays on the Road To WrestleMania connotations a little. But it is all just a bit soft and the name hasn't really caught on with wrestling fans. That's not to say the action won't deliver. On the night it could be very entertaining - it is matches that ultimately make shows. There's particular pressure on Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns to deliver. They're the main event and on paper should be the best match. Bryan is an exceptional worker and the story has been fairly strong going in. Fans are curious to see who will win and go on to headline WrestleMania. The high stakes and personal rivalry have made the match interesting. Also on the card is John Cena Vs Rusev. This one is fairly compelling, as Rusev has never been defeated before and Cena rarely ever loses. Bad News Barrett against Dean Ambrose should also deliver, and Goldust versus Stardust at least has some personal narrative going in. The Cesaro and Kidd versus The Usos is the potential show stealer. Meanwhile, Seth Rollins teams with Big Show and Kane against Ziggler, Ryback and Rowan. In the female division, there's Paige versus Nikki Bella with the Divas Title on the line. Who wins? The smart money could be on the following results.
