7 WWE Wrestlers Who Should Return In Superstar Shake-Up

Will any of these be pulled from the hat next week?

For WWE fans, April is the month that keeps on giving. In addition to WrestleMania and the Greatest Royal Rumble event in Saudi Arabia, the company is also staging its annual Superstar Shake-Up next week on Raw and SmackDown.

While nights like these can sometimes disappoint, they almost never fail to arouse some excitement in the build-up. The prospect for marquee stars to switch shows and make acquaintances with fresh opponents is what keeps many of us going through the endless rematches of the previous 12 months.

Here's something else they're great for: unexpected returns. Several major WWE stars over the years have taken their first steps back in the ring on the draft show - a tradition that began back in 2004 when Edge was picked for Raw following more than a year on the shelf.

This time round, there are a whole of host of previously injured or inactive stars who could make their comebacks in the Superstar Shake-Up, and though it's unlikely that they will all be reintroduced on the same night, it's possible that at least one or two will get the go-ahead.
