2020 for Impact Wrestling has been memorable for the promotion for an abundance of reasons, many of which will be looked back upon over both this week's and next Tuesday's broadcasts - some which were welcomed with open arms, and others which are best left behind. Mixed in with the annual end of year awards, Impact are ending an unforgettable 2020 by giving thanks to those who have helped get them to this point.

As seen in the graphic above, Deonna Purrazzo took home not only the Wrestler of the Year award, but also the Knockout of the Year award, with 2020 proving to be quite the year for the reigning Knockouts Champion. As for the other awards, Ace Austin became X Division Star of the Year, and The North were the Tag Team of the Year for the second year running.

Elsewhere on the end of year special, the full bracket was unveiled for the 2021 Super X Cup, Taya Valkyrie issued a Knockouts Championship challenge to Deonna Purrazzo, Acey Romero visited Larry D in prison, and Impact security guard Matthew Palmer was issued with a TNA World Heavyweight Championship challenge for the first Impact Wrestling of the new year.

It was a mixed bag of an episode. Let's get to it...
