Here's how badly Lashley wanted that Brock Lesnar feud...

Once rumoured with a post-WrestleMania 34 feud against Brock Lesnar, Bobby Lashley has spent his WWE comeback warring with the likes of Sami Zayn and Roman Reigns, having seeming missed his window to work with 'The Beast Incarnate.'

Per the man himself during a recent interview on KRSQ Hot 101.9's Big J Show, WWE's inability to put the Lesnar clash together is a huge bone of contention. "I wasn't so much bummed," he said, "I was more pissed off. There's always been that comparison ever since I came into WWE, and our paths have never crossed."

Lashley went on to describe the Brock bout as "something that's going to be electric," and "something that needs to happen." Still, with Brock currently preoccupied in the Universal Title hunt and a UFC comeback reportedly on the horizon, Bobby may need to be patient.

Having recently formed an absurdly entertaining double-act with Lio Rush, Lashley is currently pegged to team with John Cena against Kevin Owens and Elias at Super Show-Down (6 October). He was likely just blowing off steam in the interview, and genuine backstage heat would be surprising, but it's easy to see why he'd be frustrated about missing out on facing Lesnar.
