The wonders of twin biology will never cease, as it's been announced that both Nikki and Brie Bella are expecting - with their due dates forecast to be less than two weeks apart.

The sisters spoke to PEOPLE Magazine this week, in which they announced their double deliveries. Brie had this to say:

"Wait, twins being pregnant at the same time? People are going to think that’s a joke. We both are shocked. People are going to think we planned it, but you can’t really plan pregnancy!"

Well actually, you can Brie. That's what contraceptives are for. Anyway, Nikki added:

"It took even me a good week to come to terms with like, ‘Oh my gosh, I’m pregnant.’ I’m not ready for it."

Brie explained that her and husband Daniel Bryan, who welcomed their first child Birdie into the world two years ago, had been trying for a second for eight months. When she conceived at the same time as her twin sibling, she was utterly flabbergasted.

"When we got home [from a trip to France], I took a test two days before Thanksgiving, and when I saw the positive sign, I was like, ‘Oh, s—!’"

The couple had been visiting the family of Nikki's husband, Artem Chigvintsev, before Brie learned the news of her second sproglet. This will be Nikki's first child; an unwillingness to start a family was one of the key reasons the superstar broke off her previous engagement with John Cena.

"It’s something I’ve dreamed of my whole life," she told People.

Congratulations to the pair of them on their impending babybellas!

He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
